Recertification Requirements - Miami Dade County

If you received a letter from us, the price on the letter will be your final price with everything included.

If you did not, please reach out to us and we will be happy to forward you a proposal right away.

After the proposal is accepted we make every effort to schedule the site visit within a few days.  A team member will be in contact with  you. 

We will send every client a digital signed and sealed completed report after Final Payment is received. 

Our firm carries Professional and Liability Insurance. Our inspectors are trained, Registered licensed architects and our Thermography Technicians are Level II Certified.

Our firm offers a turnkey experience. The original proposal will include the all the permit processing needed to get the report submitted and in most cases the city/county fees.

Our firm offers everything needed to receive a completed 40/50 Year Report. We include Structural, Electrical, Illumination, Guardrail, and a Thermography Inspections of your property. 

We specialize in commercial, industrial and warehouse buildings. 

Yes! Our technicians are Level II Certified and have all the qualifications needed to complete your thermographic inspection.
